FinLab is free to start: the free plan builds strategies with AI and backtests U.S. data and Taiwan data through 2023-12-31, with no credit card. New accounts get a 7-day VIP trial on first sign-in. VIP adds the latest daily data and cloud-scheduled strategies for NT$888 a month, or NT$749 when you subscribe during the trial, with a 12-month minimum.

Every paid plan includes FinLab Desktop, U.S. stock and ETF data, Taiwan listed, OTC and emerging stocks from 2010, full historical backtests, 5000 MB of daily data downloads and cloud scheduling.
All prices are in TWD and include tax. FinLab AI usage is a multiple of the free plan's monthly allowance; how many runs it covers depends on the model and the task. Own-AI tool calls are used in FinLab Desktop with your own Claude Code or Codex.
Questions about plans
Does FinLab have a free plan?
Yes. The free plan needs no credit card. You can describe an idea, let AI build the strategy and run backtests on U.S. data and on Taiwan data through 2023-12-31.
Does the 7-day VIP trial need a card, and will it charge me?
No card is needed. The trial starts on your first sign-in; when it ends, the account returns to the free plan without a charge.
What does the minimum term mean?
VIP has a 12-month minimum, AI 9 months and AI MAX 6 months. Plans are billed monthly by credit card, can be switched at any time and cancelled after the minimum term. Payments are non-refundable within the scope permitted by law, so try the free plan first.
