Welcome to the 《FinLab Quant Platform》 website (hereinafter the "Website"). The Website is established by FinLab Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company"), and provides services in accordance with the terms of service drawn up by the Company (hereinafter these "Terms"). When you use the services of the Website, it means that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Therefore, please be sure to read the contents of these Terms in full, including: the Terms of Service, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Statement. All matters not provided for herein shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the laws of the Republic of China.

1. Additions and Amendments to the Service Statement

If you continue to use the Website after any amendment or change to these Terms, you shall also be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to accept such amendments or changes. You agree to be bound by such revised terms from the time they are announced, and the Website will not provide individual notice.

2. Protection of Minors

If you are under twenty years of age, before purchasing the Company's services on the Website you must first obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian, and you should ask your parent or legal guardian to read these Terms together with you. If you are a parent or legal guardian and permit your child to use paid services, you must comply with these Terms and be responsible for your child's activities within those services.

3. User Account and Password

All users of the Website shall register an account and password, and this account and password shall represent your personal identity on the Website. You undertake never to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or by any unlawful means, and undertake to comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China and all international practices governing the use of the Internet; if you are a user outside the Republic of China, you also agree to comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region. The matters to note are as follows:

1. You may use only one set of user account and password; please do not register more than once.
2. A single account may only be used to access the Website on a maximum of three devices or browsers. If a single account is used to access the Website on more than three devices or browsers, the Company has the right to suspend the use of that account.
3. You shall be solely responsible for any opinions or comments you post on the Website; please do not impersonate others, post false statements, or engage in any act that violates the law or infringes the rights and interests of others.
4. Please be sure to keep your personal password safe, and never disclose or provide it to others to know or use at will; all acts carried out after logging in to the Website with the same set of user account and password shall be deemed the personal acts of the holder of that user account and password.
5. If you discover or suspect that someone has used your account or password without authorization, please change it immediately and notify the Company as soon as possible.
6. On any given topic, each user may express different opinions and ideas; please respect others and avoid personal attacks or malicious defamation.
7. For any information you upload or publish on the Website, if it is information in which others hold trade secrets or intellectual property rights, please be sure to obtain lawful authorization in advance. If a user violates intellectual property rights or other related laws on the Website, this constitutes the user's personal unlawful act, and the Company shall not bear any legal responsibility.
8. Please do not conduct any promotion, advertising, or marketing of any commercial organization, product, or service on the Website, or engage in any other commercial activity (for example, selling, brokering, or intending to sell or broker any securities).

5. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights

The software or programs used by the Website and all content on the Website are subject to intellectual property rights enjoyed by the Website or other rights holders in accordance with the law.

6. Rights of the Website

The Website reserves the right to directly delete or modify the information you upload or publish, or to revoke your eligibility to use, without notice. If you engage in any unlawful conduct on the Website, such as impersonating others, posting false statements, or violating the law or public order and good morals, you shall bear all legal responsibility, and the Company will also fully assist and cooperate with the competent public authorities in conducting investigations.

In addition, with respect to any activities or services provided on the Website, the Company also reserves the right to add, modify, or delete them, without separate individual notice.

7. Information Published by Other Users

When reading or using any statements or information on the Website, including various analyses, opinions, and comments on the forum, you should exercise particular caution. The statements or information published by other users do not represent the statements, opinions, or position of the Website. The Website cannot guarantee their truthfulness, completeness, or credibility, and assumes no responsibility whatsoever.

Users other than the Company's official accounts are prohibited from publishing any commercial activity (for example, selling, brokering, or intending to sell or broker any services related to securities) on the Website's forum. If you discover such a situation, please do not trust this message.

8. Paid Services

You may upgrade to a paid member through a subscription plan. The functions, scope of services, and pricing that the Website provides to paid members will be adjusted in accordance with the development status and operations of the Website; please refer to the member plan subscription page for the latest content.

If you wish to try out the features, you may first adopt the "Free Member Plan" to understand the core functions of the Website.

The VIP plan requires a subscription of at least twelve months, and the customer will be automatically charged for the next month on the day after each monthly expiration date.
The AI plan requires a subscription of at least nine months, and the customer will be automatically charged for the next month on the day after each monthly expiration date.
The MAX plan (also referred to as the AI MAX plan) requires a subscription of at least six months, and the customer will be automatically charged for the next month on the day after each monthly expiration date.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and we will not refund for any unexpired membership usage period.

Before the minimum number of subscription months is met, users may switch between the VIP, AI, and MAX plans at will; after each switch, it constitutes a brand-new subscription, and the minimum number of subscription months must be recalculated from the beginning.
Only after the minimum number of subscription months is met may the paid membership be canceled. After cancellation or interruption, the paid member functions will automatically expire at the end of the plan cycle, and no charge will be made on the next monthly expiration date. After canceling or interrupting paid eligibility, if you subsequently re-subscribe, you will no longer enjoy the price and content of the original subscription plan, and the service content and price will be subject to the latest plan.

Pursuant to Article 2, Subparagraph 5 of the "Regulations Governing the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission for Distance Sales," the paid member services of the Website are deemed completed once you authorize the charge and make the purchase, and are not subject to the seven-day right of rescission for distance transactions under Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.

9. Suspension, Interruption, or Termination of Website Services

If material changes made by the Website would negatively affect your use of the services, or if the Website ceases to provide services, we will give you reasonable advance notice. However, in any of the following circumstances, the Website has the right to suspend, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the services at any time without advance notice, and shall bear no liability for compensation to users:

1. When carrying out emergency fault repairs or upgrade maintenance on the Website's relevant electronic system equipment.
2. Where services are stopped or interrupted due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
3. To prevent abusive conduct, to comply with legal requirements, or to address security and operability issues.
4. Where services are stopped or interrupted due to causes not attributable to the Website.

10. Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms of Use, as well as any disputes related to these Terms of Use, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China, and the Taiwan Taoyuan District Court shall be the court of first instance with jurisdiction.

This Disclaimer is drawn up by FinLab Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") with respect to the 《FinLab Quant Platform》 website (hereinafter the "Website"). The Website strives to ensure that all information it provides is timely, professional, and accurate; however, in the event of any discrepancy, the data published by the exchanges, companies, or official authorities of the relevant countries and regions shall prevail.

Taiwan stock data sources are referenced from the Market Observation Post System, the Taiwan Stock Exchange, and the Taipei Exchange. The analytical data, visualized charts, and program tools provided by the Website are for reference only and do not imply any buy or sell recommendation.
